We love our shoes and it’s important to us that you love your purchase too!

We understand that sometimes our purchases just don’t quite look or feel how we hoped they would when we try them on. If you find your shoes are not quite right for you, we’ll be happy to help with sending a different size/style or arrange a refund if you prefer - unless your purchase was made from our Outlet Collection then we can only offer an exchange or credit.
The shoes must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date of your original purchase. To be eligible for a refund, they must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn and in their original packaging.
We ask that shoes are returned to us with a tracked delivery - we recommend using NZ Post.

If the size or style is not quite right for you and you wish to exchange your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund the same day onto your original purchase method, although it may take 3-5 business days for it to appear on your statement.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is any damage or if you received the wrong item so that we can make things right.
