Hi shoe lovers! I'm Danielle, your new shoe enthusiast at The Shoe Curator. Proudly rooted in Christchurch and Nicole's birthday twin!
A little about me: I have a lovable golden retriever who has kept me company for almost ten years now, and my favourite travel destination so far is Japan, where I adored exploring the rich culture and being in the outskirts of the stunning countryside - I would go back in a heart beat.
Before joining The Shoe Curator team, I spent the past nine years in the dental industry as a practice manager and receptionist, where I developed a love for great smiles and helping people feel confident. I've known Nicole, our fabulous founder, for around seven years and have witnessed firsthand the countless compliments she receives from strangers on the street for her impeccable shoe style. I was fortunate to attend The Shoe Curator's first shoe event in 2021, which truly sparked my enthusiasm for the world of fabulous footwear. My favourite brand - that is exclusive to us in New Zealand, is Kat Maconie. You can recognize her unique and beautiful style from a mile away. They look like pieces of art - especially the 'Ola' shoe, which I think is a true a standout.
You can find me in the Showroom from Tuesday to Saturday, ready to help you slip into some sensational shoes and enjoy a chat. I can't wait to connect with each of you and make our shoe journeys unforgettable!
